Professional Designations and Certifications

Sheila Austin, CPM® owner of Wedgewood Property Management is a long time member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She has been a member of IREM’s faculty since 1991 and teaches the courses leading to the ARM® certification and CPM® designation for individuals who meet the rigorous criteria of education and experience. Ron Austin, ARM® specializes in resident and co-owner relations and marketing. Wedgewood offers and encourages its employees to take advantage of its educational participation program so that they may further their learning experiences in their specialized fields.

Our firm is a licensed Broker and Ms. Austin is a licensed Associate Broker in the state of Michigan. Ron Austin holds a Michigan sales person license and the employees are encouraged to obtain and hold a real estate sales license, as well, both of which require annual continuing education.
